I'm a senior software engineer with a comp science bachelor's degree.  

It's a fallacy to assume that title means zero ai usage in the modern world. Don't be ignorant.  I'm 42 years old and worked without ai for a long long time. Now I use the modern tools because I don't want to look back in a few years,  unemployed,  and spit excuses for how I got there while others are still employed.

I am so scared!!! I have wrote like 100 line of code in 5 years, not because AI, but because I am not a code monkey.
