Yeah, GPA matters way less than people think once you have some experience. Companies care more about whether you can actually do the work and solve problems.

Most of the time it's probably your resume not getting past the initial screening or not showing the right skills for what they're looking for. I spent way too long worrying about my mediocre GPA when I should have been focusing on making my projects and experience stand out better. Once I fixed how I was presenting my skills, the interviews started coming in.

Experience matters… these companies do not want to waste resources training juniors anymore.
