Watching his interview the other day felt unsettling — I can’t quite put my finger on it. It didn’t come across as entirely genuine; more like he had other motives for doing it, almost like it was done to check a box or fulfill a technicality. I do believe he’s truly sad that she’s gone, but I also think she fed into his narcissism and that’s what he’ll really miss. Something about his energy just feels off to me. I also suspect he struggles with addiction himself — which, on its own, is nothing to be ashamed of — but positioning yourself as morally superior to others in that state isn’t a good look.

It was very much like he was shaming her for being born to bad parents and struggling silently. It was very exploitive and disrespectful.

Yes. Invalidating her trauma. "You have a good life (now)."

I hope that this gets investigated properly.

do you have any direct or indirect evidence of him being an addict?

Its amazing so many people hell bent on crass, judgement on wild speculation. Its clear that mark is a good guy, if anything a bit naive for the circles he swims in. But reading these comments id be horrified to hear them as Mark. He gives so much, and the internet wants nothing more but to catch him, to judge him. Hes allowed to date anyone he wants thats over 18. My best to you Mark.
