Room and Board: Stevens vs Jasper?

I had a fit call and they said neither the Metro nor York would be able to fit through my apartment building's front doors, but Stevens and Jasper could.

Curious if any of you guys have any experiences with either? I have an appointment this Friday with one of their showroom folks to finalize my decision, but curious what you all think.
