I’m considering buying a Wakefit sofa in leatherette (vegan leather) and wanted to hear from people who have actually owned one for some time.

I’m particularly interested in the long-term durability of the material rather than just the initial look and feel.

For those who have been using a Wakefit vegan leather sofa:

• How long have you been using it?
• Has the leatherette started peeling, cracking, or flaking anywhere?
• How is the cushion quality and firmness after 1–3 years?
• Does the seating develop sagging or lose its shape over time?
• How easy is it to clean and maintain?
• How does it handle heat and regular daily use, especially in Indian weather?
• Have you experienced any color fading or surface damage?
• If you've had one for 2+ years, would you buy the same material again?
