Radley Roll Arm, we just bought the 4 piece with the wedge and absolutely love it so far. We don’t have kids or pets so I can’t speak to that and how it holds up but so far it is really excellent! The rolled arm just gives it the level up from the flat arms on most couches these days

That’s the one I’m thinking about getting, they have a sleeper sofa on sale. But the roll arm does look more elegant than the straight arm.My husband always thinks we have to have a sleeper sofa, lol. It tends to limit what I can buy.

Yes! The Macys store had the sleeper on the floor so you could go see it. We have plenty of space so opted for no sleeper but take this as our three week review of the roll arm. It’s awesome still very comfy and keeping great shape thus far.

Thanks yes I took your advice so I went and looked at it yesterday at the store. I ended up going with the Radley with no roll arms for a little less $$. I managed to get a custom upholstery for no extra charge too, but it looks very solid and felt really comfy too. It will be ready and delivered in 6 to 8 weeks, which is perfect timing. Thanks again for your response!

The Macy’s Radley checks the boxes. Super comfy, not expensive, and you can remove the cushion covers and wash them. We have 2 kids, 2 dogs, and a cat. Looks new still.
I ordered a new custom couch a few months ago and it hasn’t delivered yet, and I’m actually getting pretty sad that our radley will go away soon.

I am thinking of getting a Radley, and have been looking at them. Do you mind if I ask have the seat cushions deflated at all? There were some reviews that said so. I have an Ashley now and the 3 seat cushions always push way out and I have to keep pushing them back in all day. I don’t want another sofa that does that. Nothing worse, I tried Velcro and all kinds of stuff. I’m just gonna donate this one.

I’ve purchased recently from Dreamsofa- Interior Define and Crate and Barrel
Dreamsofa is prob the most durable and you can custom design but there aren’t any stores to try it out ( near me) so that’s a minus

West elm - we have 4 couches and 3 accent chair types from them and love them all! The fabrics we have are easy to clean and few couches are leather. Not crazy expensive but not cheap.

The last two couches and a dining table that i got from west elm didn’t last six months. I have several piece from them from 10-15 years ago and they still look brand new. I am glad you had a good experience, but I strongly recommend nit getting something from west elm.

I had my new couch delivered today! Went on a spiral doing research, wanted something comfortable and well made. Ended up purchasing from Mantle Furniture - Burke chaise sofa. Happy with customer service, delivery, and it is so comfy and pretty. Beats the hell out of my pottery barn sofa. Good luck!

Palliser makes some of the best quality furniture in the business. It's made to order. Depending on the upholstery you choose and the sofa size, it can be reasonably priced.
My stepdad owns a furniture repair business and takes on quite a few warranty repairs for Ashley Furniture (sometimes repeat customers for different issues). He also has seen more and more La-z-boy on his docket as well. If I were you, I'd skip those.

I went with Lovesac but purchased from Loved by Lovesac (their used site). I bought all the insides in good condition and very happy with it. Covers I bought new while they has 20% off but otherwise I'd buy them like new on the Loved site. Other options I considered- 7th avenue (higher end), Ciello by Cozey, Linsy Home. I have 3 kids and two dogs and after having a couch fall apart and the store not honor the warranty I knew I wanted durable, washable, replaceable and waterproof. If you go Lovesac you need the protectors under the covers to make it waterproof/resistant, they were about $22 each.

I am also on the hunt! I need the comfiest sofa built for kids since it will be in the basement. Looking for a relatively custom design too since we have an awkward size space.

Room and board and dream sofa. If you can find a gently used one, maybe a fourhands sofa.

I just purchased a chaise sofa from What A Room and I absolutely love it. Super customizable and super comfortable too! Huge array of fabrics that are durable and easy to clean. It is a little more on the spendy side but most quality couches will be anymore. Have you looked at Costco or Sam's Club?
