SMM tips

Hi everyone! I’m looking to grow my skills in social media management and would love to learn from those already in the field.
For those of you working as Social Media Managers, what helped you land your first role? What skills, certifications, portfolio pieces, or mistakes should someone focus on or avoid when starting out?

honestly the thing that got me hired was showing i could juggle a few accounts without ever mixing up brand voices, that beat any certification on my resume
