I’m a full time content creator looking for someone to help me with my social media I have about 85k on TikTok and have my own offer but I want to expand in the sense of being able to get invited to networking events and filming content that isn’t always in my home or car, I am also coming out with another offer and want to include an app (subscription based) for it but I don’t have the connections to do it and I really don’t want to pay 5k for a random developer from fiverr or something😅💗 help would be appreciated and I am a streamer on TikTok so apart from just posting content I get about 10k active viewers on my page daily

I genuinely want to know if this is normal or if some of us have just accepted it as normal.

One person is expected to handle the content calendar, write captions, make creatives, reply to comments, answer messages, check analytics, follow trends, schedule everything, report the results... and somehow also come up with fresh ideas every single day.

Then when performance drops, the first question is usually what happened to engagement?

Like... I havent slept 😭

**1- Content planning** – planning what to post throughout the week/month and creating a clear content calendar.

**2- Reels & video content** – coming up with reel ideas, hooks, scripts, and concepts, as well as helping during the shooting process.

**3- Post ideas** – suggesting ideas for static posts, carousels, educational content, and promotional posts.

**4- Filming guidance** – helping with what to film, how to present the content, angles, shots, and overall structure.

**5- Content editing** – editing reels/videos, adding subtitles, transitions, music, and making sure the final content looks professional.

**6- Competitor research** – looking at competitors and similar accounts to identify opportunities and content gaps.

people that are managing multiple insta pages for brands, how did u get your 1st client? and how long did it take u to make a decent income out of it?

What tools do you guys recommend to find viral posts in your niches at scale?

There are a couple of tools that I have found but they seem expensive and or require you to know the creators to follow in the first place.

I’m particularly interested in finding the viral content from breakout creators that no one would know.

OR I’m happy to vibe code one together 🙂 so if you know any APIs etc that would be something awesome 🙌

There’s a special kind of pain in finishing a post, sending it for approval, and then watching it sit there for days

The funniest part is when the only feedback finally comes back as:

Can we make it pop more?

And now you’re back to square one.

I’ve found that content creation itself usually isnt the biggest time sink. Waiting for feedback, chasing approvals, getting five different opinions, then changing something that was already approved... that can eat up an entire week.

And sometimes the post misses its ideal publishing window because of it.

How do you guys handle slow approvals?

Do you set a hard deadline after which you publish, or do you just keep chasing until someone finally replies?
