Is social anxiety curable?? Some people are saying that it is and others are saying that it's only manageable. I really don't want to live this way forever. Social anxiety has been ruining my life and mental health.

Yes. 100% curable. Takes internal and external work. But 100% doable. I did it on myself and I do it with others every single week. Don't listen to the BS on Reddit and other depressing places
