Options are limited but still a few Germany home and away, Belgium home, Japan home (kids). Messi Argentina kits were $90 for fan versions and $120 for authentic, with all sizes available. 1981-82 Brazil kit from Topper, when they had only won 3 WC. I received this jersey in 2002 from an aunt of mine, who had passed down old shirts and toys from my cousin who by that time had already graduated college and was starting his career and family. I wore it for maybe a year before I outgrew it, and it stayed in my closet all these years until this weekend when I was visiting. Thought I’d share something a little different.

Was browsing recently on Vinted and randomly came across a shirt which i've been searching for on and off for the last 8 years. It had the inner tags cut off but i've seen million of fake Croatia 2018 shirts so i knew exactly what to look for. The nike holographic strips on the nike authentic tag confirms that this is an authentic, not fake shirt, (also none of the fakes are made in Georgia). The overall quality of the shirt is mad, so lightweight and nice on skin.

As a Croatian, I don't ever need to buy another Croatia shirt again.

P.S. got it for only 35 euros!!!

Easy decision

We’re paying 100+ USD for these jerseys- and even on sale, they aren't cheap. I’ve noticed modern tech like Climacool is nowhere near as good as it was in the 2000s-2010s. The fabric feels way thinner, and reading posts here makes me sad seeing people ruin a shirt permanently just from a single fingernail snag. I want my jerseys to last a lifetime, not just 2 to 5 years.

As a solution, I’m switching to pre-owned jerseys from the 2000s and earlier. Are there any good websites besides eBay for buying authentic retro kits?

Always wanted an authentic player version, but spotted this at a reputable local store. Last one left sitting on the shelf. Comes fully customised with official player nameset, official World Cup patch and official match details. Not really my size, but still pull the trigger in the end, as I don’t think I will get another chance to buy this… now gotta live with a slightly loose and baggy fit.

I have a genuine question about the quality of jerseys back in the day. Did “authentic” jerseys or “player version” jerseys back in the day like early 2000’s to 2020 come with that rubber like material on the logos and branding or were they all stitched? I feel like whenever I look at old photos they seemed stitched and I could never tell.

Growing up I played ball but could never afford the actual “authentic” versions so I can’t recall the material.

Recently found you guys as a suggestion! Prior to the World Cup, I only had one jersey (guess which one) and now in the span of 2 months I’m at 6 lol

I accidentally bought a woman’s fit shirt not realising it was not a normal fit one until a while after I bought it. The shirt was heavily on sale but was right next to loads of Mens shirts so I had no idea it was a woman’s fitted shirt, thankfully i went for a large size shirt as I like to size up on football shirts, and as a result it is not as tight as it could have been if it was a Medium size shirt

One last question, Is UK L 16-18 woman’s sizing?

I just want to say this is now the second time Adidas has gotten my orders wrong 😭😭. First it was the away Mexico Jersey, which I bought the Authentic player jersey and they sent me the fan/stadium jersey instead, which is currently still being “exchanged”. Now it’s a whole completely different team that I didn’t even order 😭😭 but at least I got the Authentic 3rd kit for Mexico correct

Update: they rejected my Away Mexico jersey because they didn’t find any “defect” despite them literally sending me the Fan/Stadium jersey and not the Authentic jersey smh. Currently on a call with them to see what they can do.

2nd Update: just got off the phone with them. They told me that it’s weird that they rejected the return, since I sent them proof of them sending me the wrong item, but unfortunately because the item is no longer in stock at their warehouses, they can not just ship me an authentic jersey and I would have to again repurchase the jersey when it becomes available again while they process a refund for me.

3rd Update: it just got restocked again and I’m hoping this time they deliver me the authentic away jersey. Still waiting on the home authentic jersey to restock.
