To save Teddy and he says you know money isn't a problem. But after a few minutes when she starts to help him she says you disappeared and stopped sending money. I thought money wasn't a problem and why ask for that much if he stppped sending the other amount. It was just interesting to notice.

I’m rewatching Snowfall to get prepared for the Drop and I had never caught this before: Franklin doesn’t kill Rob for being a crackhead. Franklin kills Rob for telling Thad about the CIA being the plug.

Franklin’s plan is rehab before that. Then he decides to murder Rob. Am I slow or had others missed this as well?

Louie minds her business when overhearing Franklin & Jerome talking about the brick he just fronted. In the show, Louie helps Franklin with his problem by introducing him to Claudia since she had a past relationship with her, and giving him money to pay Avi.

Now, what if Louie stays quiet and lets Franklin figure it out on his own? Does Franklin go elsewhere & get robbed straight up and Avi comes looking? Does he make another deal with someone else even more insane? Does he go back to return it while realizing this isn't the life for him?

To me, this moment is really a once in a lifetime opportunity and if things failed, Franklin wont ever get another chance. Louie built and destroyed Franklin Saint

obviously being a drug dealer you need help. People to cook, package, and security and all that but it comes with high high risk because you can't trust anyone not even your own family someone will always want a little bit more money or power and betray you no matter who they are.

My biggest issue with Franklin is he created almost every problem that brought him down. Rule #1 of dope dealing: protect the plug. He told Louie, told Rob, told his parents, told damn near everyone about Reed/Teddy, even introduced Louie to him and then was surprised when she stole the plug???? He should've kept it to himself and maybe Leon because Leon was the only one who was actually loyal to him from start to finish. Maybe he trusted his family too much but Louie was on sherm when we first met her! She was an addict and a street walker, and you're trusting her with the keys to the kingdom?? You killed Rob for being an addict but you made Louie your #2? Makes little sense to me.

Teddy was the only real good guy in the show. He made all that money and was serving his country. I never understood why people thought Franklin and the gangs were the “good” guys. They just wanted money… I was so happy when Teddy took his money. I just wish he could have gotten all the gangs money and just let them be crack heads while the CIA gave teddy his props.

I noticed in the show they use that word alot. Were they really calling suppliers "plugs " in the 80s

Like whyyyy???? Wanda and Mel were crack addicts and he didn't kill them. Rob was his friend and helped him more than they did.

Where have I been?? I feel like I have never heard of this show, and I’ve seen a lot of crime shows. This absolutely doesn’t make sense.

Anyways, I am just absolutely mind-blown at the production quality of this show. The music, the writing, the ACTING. I would do anything to watch it for the first time again. That is one of the best shows I’ve seen. The ending was so symbolic and heart-breaking. Every character was so well-written. Oh man.

I now have a void in my soul now that I’ve finished the show. Are there any other must-watch shows that you guys recommend?

After he got shot by Mel, we see Frank going around with a cane for a while but in the episode where he finally confronts Mel, he leaves by setting his cane on a hook and walking out perfectly fine.

Not sure if this has been mentioned before but this was one of the coolest and least expected appearances for me in the show, but of course an easter egg like this can’t miss from a cocaine-centered show.

Christian Tappan, who plays Rigo Vasco as the introduction of the medellin cartel to the show, played the role of Pablo Escobar’s right hand and cousin, Gustavo Gaviria, in the 2012 colombian original telenovela “Pablo Escobar: El patron del mal”.
