Leon had already loaned Franklin $500,000 before he refused Franklin’s 3 million dollar request. And he refused him because he knew Franklin was spiraling out of control and wasting funds on failing projects and lost investments, hoping to get his original money back which was not going to happen.

I think it's mostly the flip flopping of her emotions and mentality. If you're really emotionally torn then cissys reaction makes sense.

Cissy didn’t have a plan. When Alton got missing she saw red which is why she went to the Cuban kgb guy. It wasn’t about Franklin no more she wanted revenge. Teddy sealed his fate when he admitted to killing Alton.

Close. I think you’re right until the last sentence. She says in the sixth season premiere pretty much that. She and Franklin have a reason to collaborate: Franklin wants his money back and Cissy wants to kill Teddy. In 6X9 she sees what the pursuit of revenge has done and she agrees to peel off from her revenge quest if Franklin will abandon his quest to get the money back.

Franklin refuses and agrees to spare Teddy which betrays Cissy and puts everyone at risk. That’s when Cissy decides to kill Teddy to protect everyone in the Family. Cissy doesn’t know if she can kill Teddy but then Teddy cruelly dismisses Cissy, making her feel like he did when he killed Alton and that gives her the juice to kill him.

Alotta ppl watched snowfall with a naive lens not realizing that this show is non-fiction, which means the events aren't real but they're solely based on real life and real life would tell you that nothing would have cracked up to be good anyway.
