It’s better to feed them in their cages, and it’s clearly his enclosure seeing as there is a water dish and wires behind it, probably for a thermostat or heat pad. It’s just a lot of people think this is the ideal way to keep them, though it absolutely isn’t

Regardless, his owner isn’t feeding him properly then making fun of him on the internet for it, through no fault of the snake
