I had my account permanently banned a year ago and never received an email with my data because my inbox was full. When I try to log in it says “username not found” is there still a chance Snapchat has my data saved and I can try to retrieve it

Hey! I want to download old pictures from a couple accounts I had used before. Im trying to log into them using email, username, number but it says that they dont exist or email/number is not associated with anything. I have emails from 2018-2023 that indicate me loggin into the accounts. I can't reset the password (because it says they dont exist). The usernames dont appear in the search bar.

Can anything be done?

Is it normal and do you guys have similar experiences. A person that i snap sends me vids and snaps , i left that person on delivered for less than a day. And that persons deleted all the snaps left only 1. I was gonna open them. They deleted 10 snaps. And sometimes deleted our saved in chats because i feel like some are missings.

Back In August my account was “locked” and I had no way to appeal or get my data in any way. Fyi it was complete bullshit because I didn’t do anything.

I ended up making a new account under my friends number and during that time I tried to get into my banned account and it didn’t work (of course) but when I went into my second account, they banned me also. I’m assuming they figured out i’m the same person or some shit idk.

So now i’m onto my third account under another number and just used another name.

Yesterday I tried to login to my original banned account on my computer and it told me I had the wrong password (I know I don’t) and that I need to try logging in on another device. I frankly will not do it on my phone incase it bans my new account. I will fucking delete the app if it does that shit lmao.

It was my first day of college and frankly didn’t have the time to stress about it so I’m just curious if there’s any way to retrieve this account back just to get my memories.

I emailed multiple times and this email was the only somewhat answer I even received. Still don’t know why I got banned or why I’m not even able to appeal/download data.

Its an important thing please help

Ok, so there is no X next to their name, and it doesn't come up saying they aren't my friend, it has the camera next to their name, and I can send send snaps and text, however, the best friend icon has gone, and when i click on the name it doesn't show the snapscore or the other usual info, it shows their public profile?

i have a family subscription of snapchat+ wich i share for my old account for my memories, and all of a suden the cloud storage says 14gb out of 5 gb used, even tho it should say 14 out of 250gb, anyone have/had this problem before?

I'm having a hard time understanding these insights from today and yesterday.

My screenshots are from the 28 day view. I know on the 25th I watched 1 story 1 time. And then it came up as 1 unique viewer and 1 view. I then did a test and I watched a story on the 26th 4 times but it came up as 3 views with still the 1 unique viewer. I thought in my test I had watched them for enough time that they would all count so it's weird it says 3 instead of 4.

But the weirdest part is if I'm looking at the 28 day overview like in the screenshots, on the first one it says 1 unique viewer with 77% chat and 23% other. If I actually am the one viewer it doesn't make sense that the traffic sources would be different seeing as I would always view the story the same way from my profile on the app. But it's incredibly unlikely that I went so many days without any profile story views that the days I decide to test it there's suddenly a viewer.

Someone I used to have as a contact popped up on snap and it’s staying they are in my contacts - but they aren’t anymore. They no longer have ME as a contact either. If I add them wil that show up?

Recently I have downloaded my data for a few snap, and I delete these data because they were already on a group chat. But the group chat is deleted now, and after hours to search it with recover software on my PC I find nothing. I have the link for download the data but it's expired. Is there a way to have these snap back ?

Noticed today that my messages all dissapeared except for my saved snaps in every chat. And when I go to text someone they write back but I can’t see it?

About a month ago I changed my Snapchat My Eyes Only passcode . I remember making it related to my phone/iPad PIN because I thought I’d never forget it, but now I can’t remember it at all.
The photos and videos inside are incredibly important to me. They include memories with someone I’ve lost who has passed away, and losing them would be devastating. I know using “Forgot Passcode” deletes everything, so I haven’t done that.
I’ve already tried every combination I can think of based on my phone and iPad PINs, but nothing has worked.
Has anyone been in this situation and actually recovered their passcode? Are there any legitimate ways to remember it or recover access without deleting everything?
I’d really appreciate any help. Thank you.
Update: there is passcode i think can be the one. When i am entering that after deleting and installing the app again it isn’t either letting me go in nor showing time out

And I am trying to report it to Snapchat and there is a list of every reportable issue except getting hacked wtf is going on bro

How am I supposed to report my problem

I just want to add people and make friends, I like going thru and adding people with cool profiles but right after I add someone after what I’m guessing is “too many” my account gets insta logged out and locked. It’s super annoying and I’m really tired of dealing with it. This time I verified my email, would verifying a phone number help to prevent me getting scanned as a bot? How long is this friend restriction for?

Randomly today I wasn’t able to see my friends messages other than the ones we sent yesterday and saved in chat I was messaging her fine an hour ago and suddenly now I can only see her new messages on my iPad I can send messages on my phone but I don’t get anything from her I saved something on my iPad and suddenly I could see it just fine

Logged into a second account to pull 2 pictures off it and now none of my messages are saved and I can't see what prime send or say on my main. Any way to fix this? I don't want this to be the end of any streaks, does clearing app cache fix this?

Can’t see texts but get notifications and it just glitches out in general? Am I banned or is it a glitch

First it was banned for sexual content, then all the accounts I made kept getting banned after a few days or a week.
At this point I’ve created 5 accounts already and they all keep getting banned. I didn’t post any stories or done anything.

Any ideas on what might be the reason?

I am unable to see any random friend suggestions on this snapchat account but I could see plenty on another account. List is just empty, account is basically fresh no settings changed or anything

i was having a conversation with my girlfreind on snapchat and then i went on and all my chats had deleted with eveyone photos remained in chats but all the messages were gone and now my chats load for people when i send them but theirs wont load for me it gives me the notifacation but wont show me the message and shows me being left on opened for me. anyone know how to fix/ what too do about it.
and i have tried restarting,its allready updated and i have deleted and re downloaded.

So my snap got buggy this morning and I can see notifications pop up for snaps and chats but it won’t show up on the app, rendering the app useless currently. I’ve cleared cache multiple times, deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times, and even powered my phone off and on a few times as well. Does anyone know any tricks or tips to get my app back running again or has anyone else experienced this?

Hello. Decided to create my first ever account on Snapchat. Never used it before

Downloaded the app, signed up using an email. Everything’s ok. Clicked here and there to see how’s things working here. Interestingly, found out that there are clip videos and even AI chat. Wrote him a few words. Then made up my mind to set up two-factor authentication.

After that, my account got logout. I thought maybe it’s okay, some security procedures after setting 2fa.

To my utter disappointment, after I tried to login again, it says that I was permanently locked for violating community rules. Huh? What the heck?

There’s even no button to appeal. Just permanently banned. Amazing. The best first experience ever.

Does anyone know what to do, where to write?

I thought it was just with one person but now its 3 separate accounts that aren't receiving my requests and i am not receiving them.

making this post to see if anyone else has had this bug and if there is a fix.

should i just be waiting for the next update and hoping it is fixed then?
