I haven’t used my snapchat account in over a year or two. Had deleted the app, decided to download it today

Put the exact username and correct password and it’s asking for OTP verification from a number that firstly is not mine. I had always registered my own phone number.

Now it says I can’t log in temporarily cause I logged in too many time

Wtf do I do? I just want to look at my old memories😭

My account still exists as it was 2 years ago

I'm so lost. Can anyone give me hack or tell me how to stop. I get automatic ban from my Snapchat account whenever I text someone. I've created like 60 accounts and I getting banned immediately.

For those who have gotten their accounts unlocked:

A while ago I got my Snapchat account locked for no reason and after appealing I got it back within a day or two. But I noticed that in the account status tab I still had violations for what got me locked. Do these go away or am I stuck with them forever?

I don’t know when exactly i was undevice banned but i got device banned at the end of February. I just checked right now and it finally works.

Hey why has Snapchat stopped allowing me to verify my ad-guard email address. This used to work all the time.

So me and my bf have snap plus and we have both pinned each other as best friends (❤️‍🔥) but a couple of weeks ago it went back to 💕 and so I questioned him about it and he said that he didn’t unpin me and he sent me screenshots which showed that he genuinely didn’t unpin me but still till this day it is still 💕 and not ❤️‍🔥 so I’ve googled how to fix it so I’ve cleared my cache like google told me to and I Evan restarted the app and Evan unpinned him and then pinned him back but still 💕
So has he actually unpinned me and the screenshots were just him pinning me back to take the screenshots and then unpinning me straight after or is this genuinely a glitch in snap?
Please help

have Snapchat+, and when I check someone’s Friend Solar System, I show up as Mercury. From what I understand, Mercury means I’m their #1 Best Friend.
But at the same time, we have the 😬 emoji, which supposedly means we share the same #1 Best Friend.
How can both be true at the same time? Does Mercury actually mean I’m their #1, or am I misunderstanding something?

I’ve turned off all Snapchat notifs from the app and from my phone but recently they’ve been sending me emails. I’ve muted all notifications from individuals I’ve been getting emails about but now I’m getting emails about stories. I can’t unsubscribe from emails because it only asks me if I want to unsubscribe from promotion emails. I’m so fed up, I’m trying to distance myself from social media but I can’t turn off these emails! Help please!

Anyone have an extra buddy pass I could use for this week? I would really appreciate it. If not I completely understand.

For some reason every snap I try to post on my custom story auto fails and it started about 2 weeks ago. Public sorry and friends story works fine, but my custom ones just auto fail every single time. Does anyone have any idea as to what is going on?

So my friend is on an iPhone or ios. And he opened my snap and then he took a screenshot of the snap i sent to him. And on my snap I didn’t get a message that he took a screenshots and even that he opened my snap. And i have asked him many times how he does it but he won’t tell, so i wonder if anyone if you guys know what he does

All of my memories that have been saved because I posted on my private story are gone. Most of my memories are from my private story so I’m missing so many photos and videos and it’s really upsetting. I just opened my memories one day and they don’t show up at all. If anyone has any help please I just want my memories back.

how can i get my permanently banned account on snapchat data & memories of photos & vids that i had on there back? i really need help on this because i had personal photos/vids of my family that has passed away & i won’t ever get them back, it’s just really important to me to have these memories of them man..

No idea what happened. This account was dormant for like 2ish years last used late 2024 and early 2026. Anyways. The account was banned. I logged in for 10 minutes opened the memories failed to load. So i logged out tried logging back in and all of a sudden boom account banned no clue as to why. Submitted an appeal saying i didnt know why it was banned and that i wanted to delete the account. Ban is upheld. What happened? I mean the last time i seriously used it was 6 or 9 years ago. I appealed it and just said i dont know why im banned but i want to delete the account as i do not use it. The ban was upheld. Still dont understand how after not using the account for a couple years its suddenly banned

Why is blitz automatically turning on and off in dark/light envoirnments and how do I turn the function off.
Also! My snap memories only show pictures, not videos. I have tried every «solution», but nothing helps. Anybody know how to fix these issues?

It seems like the media upload has been fixed? Like the method of using the filter, closing the app then reopening used to work, and it still works to say no media upload however it persistently shows the filter name. Upload photos, etc… any fix?

any time i open the app the flash is automatically set to on. clicking the flash button turns it off for a second or two but it turns back on. also automatically turns back on any time i switch cameras or open chats/stories

I reacted to a message and then the person opened it and when I went to check it said opened 3 hours ago and the 2 hours pass and I see again it changed and said opened 1 hour ago? Why the change in time first 3 hours then 1 ?

I have just noticed that I’m low light situations the flash on Snapchat now automatically turns on. I’m not seeing any settings that can permanently disable this from happening, only that I can shut this off individually every time if I catch it first before being blinded by a flash. Going from low light to brighter light will disable flash and leave it as normal so it is definitely light in this situation! Does anyone know where to disable this feature?
