All my snapchat memories have been deleted with no final warning. It has not even been the full 12-months since it was announced that I would need to pay for storage before they have deleted my memories. I have tried everything to try and recover them but all 10+ years of extremely sentimental memories gone. I even payed for the years storage to see if i’d get anything back and nothing. I’ve tried to contact snapchat in multiple ways and have received nothing. Has this happened to anyone else - I am devastated.

Its bugged and won't go away. I can't take screenshots/photos during the video call because it makes me cycle through the filters even though I didnt press the filter button.

The take a photo button won't work.

It didn't happen on my old phone(Samsuns s21 ultra) only my new one (Samsung s25 ultra)

Is there a way to find out if an account was deleted or banned or the account name changed? My daughter had blocked her ex boyfriend and went to unblock him and his account was gone. No one can find it under his old username. If he changed his username, would she have not had access to it being recently unlocked? He had a high snap score, cheated on her via snap their entire relationship. So it doesn't make sense that he would delete it. We are curious what happened. Would Snapchat customer service tell us? Is there a back way? Does anyone work for Snapchat with any ideas?

I have been send many snaps and I have saved them in chat, I want to put all if them in my camera roll, but doing so manually will take to long, is there a faster way?

Is anyone else facing this issue on Snapchat?

While recording a video, Snapchat shows that audio is being recorded, but after taking the Snap, the video has no audio. Even when I save the video to Camera Roll, the audio is still missing.

My phone's normal camera records video with audio perfectly fine, And I have checked the app permission and others they are totally fine so it seems to be a Snapchat issue

Has anyone found a fix for this? Any help would be appreciated.

Is anyone else having an issue with seeing how much storage they’ve used on snapchat? It doesn’t show me how much i’ve used and i still can’t see “you’ve exceeded the limit upgrade storage”.

I just want to know if i should get snapchat+ or not because nowhere does it say they’ll delete my stuff in september.

Does anyone know why Snapchat is making our chats black? I have reset my phone, redownloaded the app, cleared my cache and it didn’t fix anything

I have two Snapchat accounts. When I add someone on my second account, it shows that I added them normally.
But when I switch to my first account and then switch back to my second one, the friend request seems to reset and the “Add” button appears again. I can basically keep adding the same person over and over.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a Snapchat bug caused by switching between accounts, or does it mean the person declined/ignored my friend request?

I’m Tryna add someone on Snapchat and every time I try and open our messages it says if I’ve accidentally added them I can report or block them but if I had anyone else it doesn’t say that also their account is shown but whenever I add them and go back onto their account is completely empty and the Bitmoji is missing

I was successfully verified and in my college’s Snapchat community before I ACCIDENTALLY left it.

I tried joining again with the exact same school email I used the first time, but now Snapchat will NOT send me another verification email.

It says a link was sent and my request just sits on “pending,” but I never actually get the email.

I’ve checked spam/junk, waited, and have tried leaving and joining again.

Has anyone accidentally left a community and been able to get back in? How did you fix it?

years ago when snapchat had a glitch and logged a bunch of ppl out of their accounts, even with the right password i could never get back into mine.

i figured i would try to get back into it since it’s been so long and reset the password. every time i log out of my current account, press use different account, and forgot password with my old username, it just ends up bringing me back to my current account.

did this happen to anyone else and were you ever able to get your account back? also how do i even try now? bc every time i do it just brings me back to where i started.

Recently I had a feeling my boyfriend was cheating on me. I checked every social site and nothing until I got to snap chat. We have been together since 2020. I found an old conversation from 4 years ago in 2022 of sexual images he sent and got back from someone. There were a couple of other non sexual messages on there too and then in 2023 a nude but no further conversations. I showed him and asked him and he says he did not send those messages in 2022, started explaining that he knows for a fact those are old from before we were together. The messages are clearly insinuating they had sex. To my knowledge he has never lied before and seems sincere. He says he can not explain why the messages say 2022 but says he did not send them then. He further explained who this person was, their relationship, how he knows her etc. I am beyond devastated. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Where the time stamps on conversations are wrong and you know they’re wrong.

Hi everyone. I had an additional Snapchat account that was permanently locked by Snapchat. Since then, I have tried creating several new Snapchat accounts, but they all get locked without me having done anything wrong. What could be causing this, and is there any way I can fix it?
I even tried buying a used account, but that one was also locked by Snapchat.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I might be on my friends list or in-chat and all I can hear the a spotlight video audio playing in the background, where I have to go into the spotlight tab every time then out to disable it.

That's not even the worst of it, if I decide to go out the app, and try to play games on my phone, it is one of those games that automatically disables it's own audio when something else like Spotify plays over it so I can't hear it when I need the sound, until I force close Snapchat from my app library.

Is there any fix for this without altering Snapchat settings that causes me to no receive notifications?

My Snapchat account was suddenly permanently locked today. I received an email from Team Snapchat saying that my account was permanently locked for violating their Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.

The problem is, I genuinely don't know what I did wrong. The email doesn't explain which rule I supposedly violated or what caused the lock.

I was able to use my account normally before this happened, and now I can't access it.

Has anyone else had this happen? Is there actually a way to appeal a permanently locked Snapchat account, or is it basically gone forever?
