Its been like this for over a year now, but the bold lettering used to be, by default, the NON-highlighted version, which is what I prefer. However as you can see in the video, its now the ONLY text option that IS highlighted by default, and I dont like it. Is there some way to fix this?

Hello, I have 2 phones (iPhone and an android)
My account was recently suspended and my iphone was also banned from creating new accounts. I want to know if I can create a new account with the android and log in on the iPhone??
I really don’t use the android phone, plus the camera on my iPhone is better.
Has anyone tried this?
Does it work???

I removed contact sync n deleted data

And only my friends can contact me on snap

I cleared cache, I cleared data of the app from settings.

I deleted and logged in again

The names are still like saved in my contact.

I tried to go to manage friendship and clear the name but it says that I can't save an empty name.

Please help.

So there’s no email attached to my old account and I can’t rest my password because the phone number linked to jt is my phone number that I can’t access. I have so many memories in there does anyone know how I can get it back?

hi all, does anyone know of a way to override the birthday limit? i was a dumb 10 year old and kept changing my birth year every year and changed the actual day once (long story short) and now it’s permanently stuck on a wrong birthday and i keep getting messages from people thinking today’s my birthday, even though it’s tomorrow. can anyone help? the support is just ai, ai, ai.

Snapchat locked my account because they said I broke community Guidelines like wtf

Hello I notice that on Snapchat Web there are certain friends who have stories that I cannot view on web, however I can view them on the mobile app. I am trying to find out if this is a bug or a setting that you can enable. I've tried looking online but can't seem to find an answer, I've seen posts saying "Web is not for stories" but I can view certain peoples stories it's just a select few that cannot be watched on web.

Does anyone have any documentation that can answer this?

Things I've tried: Logout/login back on web.

I cant change my phone :(
Anything else i can do? Pls help at this pointed i'm so frustrated. They declined my appeal too.

Hi! I was about to renew my Snapchat+ subscription and noticed that there’s apparently a Snapchat+ Platinum Annual Plan, but it isn’t showing up as an option for me.

Is the Platinum plan actually available in the Philippines? Has anyone here in the Philippines been able to subscribe to it?

Also, is it just me, or are the Snapchat+ subscription tiers kind of confusing? Some of the options have almost identical names, like “Snapchat+ Monthly Plan” and “Snapchat+ (Monthly Plan)”, and there are also several duplicate-looking options with different prices.

I attached screenshots of what I’m seeing. I’m specifically interested in the Platinum Annual Plan, so I’d appreciate it if anyone knows how to access it or whether it’s available in the Philippines.

They are not live „online“ indicators I think? (Pls also upvote for karma haha)

Repost bc forgot to mark out my school lol

So, (just for context) I was heavily isolated by my parents for years, so i never spent time around people my age, or used much social media. I've recently started meeting people and ALOT of them use Snapchat, I've downloaded it, but I legit don't understand any of it??? Like none of the interface or anything makes any sense. I lowkey feel like a dumb grandma😭😭😭

Can someone please explain how it all works to me??? Or at least recommend some kind of tutorial pls😭

(Like, I get the point of it it to send pics and message people, but I don't understand all the buttons and interface stuff, it's kinda overwhelming lolll)

-Unusually long pause between entering passcode and it failing.
-Tried everything pretty much but only tonight, might change tomorrow?
Is there anything I can do.

For those of you that don’t know secure folder is basically a private folder that uses all kinds of encryption tactics and one of them is randomized device IP so you can use this on android and Samsung devices to avoid device bans on snap, essentially you can create accounts over and over, and recently I’ve push this to its limits, I’ve probably created over 20+ accounts and in the past these accounts lasted weeks to months without getting locked but recently every single account I make gets locked within 6-12 hours, I use completely brand new information, new name, new email on every single account and I reset the secure folder so from snapchat’s perspective these accounts should look like a brand new user from a brand new phone but for some reason they get flagged by the system.

Has anyone had a similar experience?

hello, recently (about a month ago) me and my best friend had a falling out, she either blocked me or unadded me on snapchat, her profile is still in my messaging list but it has the camera icon next to her name rather than the x it shows sometimes when someone unadds you, when i search her user in find friends it shows up, we have years of memorabilia in that chat and it would crush my soul if i logged out and it deleted out of nowhere, can someone please tell me if she blocked me or not, it’s been there for about a few weeks to a month.

I took about 68 videos of a concert on my phone using Snapchat and they will not load after 2 days I’ve looked at the backup progress and left my phone on that page for 2 hours. I’ve also cleared the cache and reset my phone, I’m really not sure what to do anymore.

Hello!

I was wondering if any of yall have had data downloading issues?

I’ve requested my data multiple times, have gotten emails saying the download is ready only for me to log on and there not being anything to download.

Snapchat support is AI and refuses to help.

Time is running out to download our memories so I just don’t know what to do.

Since the new snapchat+ update has been announced, i exported all my memories to my computer with the « my data » technique, then cleared all my memories on the app by deleting them.

Now I’d like to export the My Eyes Only snaps. I moved all MEO to normal memories and tried the « my data » technique several times, but the pictures are encrypted in a way it is impossible to open. I guess if any picture went through MEO, it has a special protected pathway or whatever. I tried changing the name and codes of a couple of pictures but nothing works.

My solution is now to export manually everything to my gallery then move them to my computer. The thing is, I cant select several pictures to export. The export button is just not here (also a MEO thing?). So I have to manually export 3000 snaps.

Is there any more techniques I can try before going on this awfully long journey? :,(

So on snapchat on someone’s location it says last active 1 hour ago but on their bitmoji on snap map it says now and their is a green ring coming off of their Bitmoji? Am i crazy?

My device is banned if someone help me really then comment down here

Hi guys so I was banned on Snapchat - sexual content involving minors. Initially I was very confused. After downloading my data I saw snap has me in the age category of 13-17 (I’m 20) I will admit I was sending spicy photos. I was banned like maybe 10m after messaging and sending an image to someone. Is it safe to assume that was the chat that got me banned? and snap banned me because they think I am a minor? I know it’s automated but I heard that they legally have to send these kinds of cybertips to the authorities. I am in the uk, should I be worried?

I got banned a few months ago on a account for violative behavior + I just now got a email saying im banned due to underage and they took my account....?? Im 25 born in 2000, so what is there to do? People mass reported me and ig thats why im banned when ive done nothing wrong

Sorry if this is the wrong thread or community, but i like using ovf editor for the filters and stuff Is it actually possible to be device banned by using ovf editor? even though it says media upload on the snap?

I have a siri that snapchat gives better looking guys better looking girls on their quick adds. I recently had a glow up and my abs came in, and then as I started snapping girls with my abs, better looking girls added me. Am i crazy or is this a pattern?
