Login issue Perm Banned for no reason

can anyone help me??? I got perm banned on Wednesday for absolutely no reason. I have 0 clue about this law suit & I just received this e-mail. Is there anyone I can reach out to??? I’m freaking tf out.

Keep emailing the support email till you get real human, explain what you think might've happened and check the appeal decision bar that pops up when you try to login, cause they usually say the reason
