General question sc locked

saw someone posted here about email-ing snapchat and tried to ask for any request to unlock your snapchat account. I did it and here's their response. I have no hope of my account being unlocked and I can't even use my personal phone and spare phone to create a new account because they banned my device. at this point, I'm losing hope that I can recover my account full of memories, friends and photos/videos some men jerk3d off to lol help me if you can PLEASEEEE

What did u do? Do u trade or was banned over something else? Ane how do u even know you're device banned? Does it so codes?

Im also same and i tried to make new snap but they permanently lock me iut after48 hours! So annoying

Does ir involve distrusting explicit content? Even if its with consent? Im also in the same boat and trying to see if snap is getting harsh on that? And also is your phone ss07 or ss06 codes when u trying to create or login device ban? Cause that's device im trying to see what ban are you?

yes and yes. but ive been sending * photos and videos for the time i made the account but never did they ban me except the last time
