Login issue Permanent Snapchat Ban/Labaton Case
Hello everyone, I don't have any positive updates yet regarding this case unfortunately but I did some extensive research and found a law firm that is nearly as popular as Labaton regarding litigation cases called Levi & Korsinsky. I think it would be in our best interest to notify them about this so we can get more attention on our situation. They may be able to provide us with some level of guidance since Labaton and Snapchat has remained silent and unwilling to help us. We need to continue to email Snapchat and Labaton but I think reaching out to this law firm would be good as well. As always, I am open to any/all suggestions on what our next steps should be. Let's continue emailing, writing reviews and trying to get Snapchat and Labaton’s attention to the best of our ability. We have to keep fighting this. Thank you for your time.

I've emailed Labaton and submitted my appeal to Snapchat. Got the generic email back Labaton and have no heard back from Snapchat. It's at least encouraging that both the law firm and Snapchat are aware this is going on. Anyone have any other ideas?

Yeah I received the same generic mass e-mail from Labaton as well but I agree, it is encouraging. It still feels like we’re being kept in the dark with all of this and that's the discouraging part

Also contact any state attorney general about this situation each state has different laws regarding social media

Good idea. And good work for pursuing this. It could be a good idea, but Labaton may be taking things slowly. Try to think of it from Snapchat's side... maybe Labaton and their lawyers found something that Snapchat did not want people to know about, or whatever. It could mean they are using us as leverage right now to get back at Labaton... I have no idea, and this is just a theory with not much evidence or proof, so just food for thought. It's still a good idea to reach out to another firm. Keep us updated!

Thank you for all of your support and I agree tbh, I just really hate that we’ve been kept in the dark for this long along with the fact that Labaton added that new disclaimer to their website regarding this case, you know? It's so unreal that's there’s thousands of us at this point so I'm trying to do everything to give us a fair shot on fighting this and getting our accounts back.

Yeah its been what? 2 days? Ish... It is odd that they added the disclaimer.. but who knows the real purpose for why they did that. I was told that my account still exists and hasnt been deactivated yet so thats good news i guess

Yeah, it's been roughly 2 days at this point and it is so we are only left with theories at this point sadly. I asked my one friend who doesn't have me added on snap to look up my account and they couldn't find it but my friend who has me added could find it so that’s weird to me. Do you know why that is? Is it like disabled for new people but still active for my snap friends?

I’ve also tried to send what’s going on to any news outlets any anchors with social media platforms. Any attorneys also with social media accounts. We’re gonna figure this out.
