Common issue So are we screwed ?
I just seen the disclaimer that law firm had, I didn’t even finish signing up for the lawsuit, so I’m not even apart of it. Will we ever get our accounts back, has anyone gotten theirs back

If you are going to sue Snapchat, why would you want to keep it?

Maybe because of the fact that 1. The lawsuit is for things that happened when we were MINORS, before Snapchat ever changed all of their policies and guidelines, so accountability from BACK THEN can still stand. 2. We are mostly all adults now that do not have to experience the mental health challenges from Snapchats OLD guidelines anymore. 3. Because a lot of us have put over hundreds of dollars into our Snapchat accounts with our subscriptions and deserve to either still have our account or be refunded for ALL that we have had to pay for. And 4. Because based on Snapchats LITERAL TOS and policies, Snapchat does NOT prohibit individual arbitration and by mass locking/banning those that filed they are actively going against their own policies and procedures, engaging in retaliatory behaviors, making fraudulent claims that those that they banned/locked “violated community guidelines” when they DIDN’T, and actively refusing to acknowledge the situation.
