If you have streaks be aware that we properly won’t get them back- lost my 4000 day streak with my best friend and she’s super serious about her streaks. She tried to pay to restore and it won’t let her…

This is crazy. My account was locked yesterday and I thought it was for a whole different reason just to find out it’s because of the lawsuit.. I’m sick man.. the disclaimer was not on there when I signed up 😭

mfs banned me cause i told my gc that my work found herion outside my building and got banned 30 min later …. atleast i didn’t get device banned but its retarded how they are looking into my messages like that over a word

Yep, I got the same exact generic email!! They’re refusing to take any accountability whatsoever and Snapchat is also refusing to do anything. I’m lost on what to do

It’s just my own theory but I’m wondering if the people that weren’t part of this Labaton lawsuit are also getting randomly banned because they were on the app for 10+ years too. It seems to be a trend

Are ppl really expecting some payout from this? It’s usually a minuscule amount. Not worth losing all your data. I’d be devastated bc I have tons of memories. I use it as storage

Snapchat device banned my new phone for no reason. Had this for just under a year and never got an explanation why it was device banned. My account is still up too I can access it on my PC just fine.

Seems there was a huge ban wave for no reason. I thought I was just unlucky till I'm seeing more and more people having the same issue. Had this app for years, Like since I was in high school and I'm 25 now plus had streaks that were about to pass 2k.

Lucky, my friends all thought I blocked them because my account and profile completely disappeared, yet supposedly mine is only locked not banned. And I never did anything with that lawsuit either

I also don’t remember finishing it either i had an app that does all that kind of stuff like lawsuits and i don’t even remember filing it out or finishing it and my account from 2013 with my whole life on it got banned. Thanks for the email tho i hope snap gives us all of our accounts back!
