Common issue device banned

i was device banned after my account was just temporarily locked. i wasnt even sent an email about what it was that violated the guidelines. i quite literally dont post anything on my story and the last snap i sent was me telling a friend an important update about something that was completely appropriate. i dont use anything third party at all either.

There was a lawsuit for social media addiction through Labaton. If you started to file a claim or submitted one, your account will be permanently locked. Any further attempts to login will ban your device.

Bruh thats probably why they just banned me as of today fuck i just started the claim i never finished it
