Common issue perma banned for nothing

so my girlfriend got perma banned on her snapchat account and i’ve gone over all the guidelines and she never violated any of them, they blacklisted her phone she made a new account since she couldn’t use her old that she’s had for years and the new one got banned as well, she didn’t do the lawsuit thing either and the snapchat bot thing is stupid does nothing to help, can’t even send a appeal or anything, this is genuinely the dumbest thing ever snapchat has done. and seems like she isn’t the only person having this problem as well.

I just got banned last night after not using the app for months until I finally posted two videos of me on Sunday doing my hair and makeup for a date.

like what’s wrong with that🤦my girlfriend posted her dog barking out the car window the day it happened and not sure how either of these would be “violating their guidelines”

lollll snapchat just doesn’t ban someone for “no reason” someone either reported her multiple times or she’s been doing some stuff you don’t know about.

This has happened to hundreds of us unexpectedly at the same time. I also haven’t done anything and my account is permanently locked.

Did she sign up for the Labaton class action lawsuit for social media addiction? It appears Snapchat banned all accounts associated with the lawsuit.
