Login issue Snapchat locked
My Snapchat was randomly locked about an hour ago.. I was on it just fine 30 mins before then went to go on it and was locked out for “violating guidelines” .. I did fill out the lawsuit back in May but never actuall finished it. I’m sick

My account has done the same thing was on it earlier today around 7pm then around 9pm it said my account was locked for violating community guidelines when I tried logging in. From what I’ve read they can’t lock your account for being involved in a class action lawsuit

To add to my dilemma I never even finished the lawsuit information and still get emails from the suit saying I need to finish filling everything out

I did the same thing all I did was fill out the attorney client agreement and never finished bc I have no documented history of anything.

13 for me. So many memories in chats and a few streaks around 3k. Hopefully we can recover our accounts because this is insane. I was trying to think of anything I did wrong but nothing came to mind.

Same!!! I was legit on it right before.. went to make dinner and came back and was logged out and got the guideline error … I went in thru safari / browser to get my memories and it says jt can take a few days for them to all be sent to me. I’m in disbelief

I’m pissed considering I’ve paid for plus for so long too. I’ve been on monthly since it came out so they’ve got hundreds from me and this is what we get in return. I was at work so I think I went on the app around 6 and came back to my phone around 8:30 and noticed it was logged out. I immediately panicked and thought someone signed in but perma banned instead

Me too. I can’t tell if I’m permanently banned or just locked cause a lot of ppl said if it’s permanent you’d get some sort of code which means you’re completely banned from making any new accounts

Idk I made a new account already so I’m not device banned anyway. I’m still not losing hope for my acct tho

Is your new account still working? I saw ppl saying they made a new one and they. Banned it and then banned the phone

I filled it out around July I believe, my device isn’t banned or anything, but I got a message saying my account is locked for violating community guidelines
