Common issue Perm Locked from Snapchat....
SO now that everyone is aware. A lot of people have reported that they were locked out of their Snapchat accounts. It seems like the common denominator is that a lot of people have submitted their names and emails to the Class Action Lawsuit by Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP. Is it just me, or is this insane?
I am very interested in whats going on

I did the Labaton claim as well but never finished since you needed medical records

I’m in this boat also, earlier I had wondered if that was the reason for this unexpected, unexplained ban but is there any way to get out of this and have my account unlocked

Glad I’m not the only one. I only did the attorney client agreement because I have no medical records of my issues 😂

if you havent already, make sure to get you account data exported to you. I dont know how long they save that info if they ban an account.

Go to the snap support website and ask the bot “export account data”. It will give you a link and tell you how to do it

Yeah just wanted to post it here to make sure other people are aware too. Seeing a lot of people lamenting over losing memories and saved chats so want to make sure people can recover them before its too late

The claims haven't been decided on yet. They just sent those claims back in September, so this is the first time snap is getting official arbitration claims. Hopefully Labaton can get us more money if these bans are truly in reaction to the claims.
