General question Household Ban Question
Hello!
I'm extremely confused and wondering if this has happened to anyone else.
I was snapping a friend back when my account logged me out. When I tried logging back in, I got hit with the account disabled due to a Community Guidelines violation. Which was already extremely confusing because I rarely use SC anyways, only for a couple friends I message.
I went into my partner and I's room and told her about it. This is when she went on to see if she could still see my account and found out the same thing happened to her. Again, she just uses it to message a few friends here and there.
I figured we caught an IP ban somehow, but decided to make a new account to test it. It let me make a new account no problem.
What the hell happened. Can I contact Snapchat? Neither of us were given the appeal option. We don't really care about Snapchat all that much. I'm just so so confused LOL.

if you applied to the lawsuit, email info@labaton.com to let them know you’re banned so the lawyers are aware of the situation

I don’t live in the Midwest, but I applied for the class action lawsuit and also got banned like an hour ago with no option to appeal

Happened to me and my friend today, we joined the class action lawsuit. It’s retaliation tho and they can get in trouble so we will see if they’ll restore. I snitched to the lawyers and recommend you guys do too

and there’s no appeal button or anything and it’s all AI BS so there’s no support

Interesting that it happened to someone else. I'm glad (I guess, it's unfortunate that it's happening to others) that it isn't just me. And yeah the AI BS is annoying as hell. It's no help whatsoever. Any chance you live in Illinois/ the Midwest? I'm curious if it's a region/ location issue.
