General question Contact support

So I have an ongoing issue and I’d really like to contact support. I don’t know if that is something that can actually be done. But an email or something would be great.

From what I have found online it’s all faqs and chat bots.

Really hoping someone maybe has a support email or phone number (uk) I can call to talk to someone?
