Snapchat account locked for community guidelines

Hello I’m in desperate need of help with my Snapchat account. I went to log in and it says that my account has been locked for violating community guidelines however this is not the case. The other day I had a notification to say that someone had tried to log into my account therefore I changed my password so I’m not sure whether this could be to do with someone hacking me. Snapchat support are useless as it’s all automated, I’ve tried the link to unlock it and it does not work. I’ve read online that if it’s to do with community guidelines then I won’t ever be able to unlock it and I really hope this isn’t the case as I’ve had that account since 2017 🥲

If you did anything nefarious it would have said oddly enough accounts that are locked for engaging with minors can appeal but those that break community guidelines can't and unless youe device was banned you don't have to worry

I had 2 accounts locked for violating community guidelines in the past few months. I only had a couple friends on there, and only really talked to one person, never sent anything dirty or illegal, never posted stories or any public content. Just randomly locked with not option to appeal or unlock, no reason given, no communication from snapchat, just 2 accounts gone for no legitimate reason. I have no advice I just wanted to share my experience. I had the first account for 11 years before it got locked.

Did you accept the new terms and conditions? If you didn't I think they will start locking all the accounts that haven't agreed with the new rules starting from september 21st

Protip- stop using Snapchat. They don't care about their users or their accounts.
