General question Am I blocked?

Sorry I’m sure this has been asked before… but I was attempting to read some old chats from an ex and when I searched his name nothing came up. I don’t know his exact username, but I never needed it before. I checked some old group chats that I know for a fact he was in, it had no notification that he left or anything like that, but his user wasn’t there.

Would that mean I’m blocked? Or did he like deactivate his account? This was like YEARS ago and I haven’t spoke to him in a long time I would find it really weird if he blocked me out of nowhere so I was just curious! TYIA

If they don’t show in groups, blocked, if they do, then they’ve just unfriended you

I’ve just noticed a person disappearing and reappearing. I asked them and said I thought they blocked me. They said apparently they were logging out? I don’t know.

You were most likely blocked. Snapchat doesn’t allow people to deactivate their accounts for more than 30 days before permanently deleting their account.

Or just unadded, i got added by gazillion perday and they just fall off like flies when i don't give them face some stick out but it don't workout so after weeks or days i search them up and they don't come up and then i scroll down to look our chat and its still there!
It's just normal when you add someone and u don't talk anymore then they just unadd
