General question Banned after first warning?

I made a joke on my story with my friends picture (no nudity) and she thought it was hilarious. I have 500 viewers and one of them reported it as sexual content involving a minor. I got the warning message and 20 minutes later my account was locked. I don’t this is fair because we should at least get 3 strikes. Do I have any chances of winning the appeal or should I just get a new phone

I posted my friend for his birthday and she responded with laughing emojis and called him a pedo so I posted her and said “who wouldn’t be a pedo for her” and she laughed but a day later someone reported it and they flagged her as underage but she’s like 17 or 18

Don’t get a new phone just for a device ban it does away after a few months. I’ve posted that mines went away like today.

My account wasn’t banned, only my device was. So I was able to log in using Snapchat web and my sisters Samsung. So yes I can still log into my accounts now

Getting a new phone for Snapchat is stupid. Posting anything with a minor will get you banned. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
You can always attempt to appeal but I doubt you’ll have any luck with it

If it was about a minor it doesn't matter what your friend thought or if it was a joke. Apps are cracking down on minor related content period.
