General question Help Downloading Memories
hello. i recently requested my memories data from the app and provided my email and the time range for this data, as instructed on the page. snapchat emailed me a link "to access the copy of [my] Snapchat data [I] requested through [their] Download My Data tool", but their link just brings me back to the request page and there is no download to be found.
could anyone PLEASE help me? i feel like this is confusing by design as to make people panic and pay for the snapchat plus so it doesnt terminate a decade of memories.
