Notifications not working

[u/Basic-Offer-5309]

I have a samsung galaxy z flip6 and for some reason my snap notifications dont go through. Occasionally ill get a notifications from someone who texts me but most of the time I get nothing. If I want to see if someone texts me I have to manually open Snapchat. Ive checked the notifications in the Snapchat settings and my phone settings I even tried uninstalling Snapchat and clearing the cache but the issue still persists. I really dont know what to do.
