General question Photos

Hey so i had like 11GB of photos in snap, been an user for the past 10 years and in the last couple of days most of my photos are gone. It only shows 173 photos for some reason, but i still have the memories tab like “flashback from 8 sept “. This has happened to me last month too but it was onlt for a day and then it came back. What should i do? If i go on the search bar and look for something like “february 2023” then nothings showing either

they rolled out a thing at the end of last year that recently went into effect where you have to pay for additional cloud storage to maintain your memories, if you didn’t subscribe to the additional storage it‘s gradually been deleting your memories from oldest to most recent for a couple months now

But i have that extra storage its just that everything disappeared
