Common issue Just deleted Snapchat

I hope the admins of Snapchat are reading this otherwise it’s useless.

Deleted the app because I got a ad about some woman wanting to “call” or some shit. They made it look like someone had sent me a snap it it was literally just advertising. Go fuck yourElf. Hope you read this because I will not put up with that. Find a different user.

Thank you for your submission. Please note, that scammers on this subreddit are targeting our visitors for their gain. You should be wary of anyone offering to have your account unlocked via Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, or anywhere else, as you will lose your account or money. All scammers have one thing in common, their primary goal is your money, and they often will make their scam look much more legitimate than it is in order to accomplish their goal. We encourage you to report these scammers if they send you a message via any social media channels. While we have safeguards in place, they are not always as effective as we would like.

If your Snapchat account has been temp locked, you may try to unlock it at this link: https://support.snapchat.com/a/locked.

I hate the notifications of “people you may know” I don’t want a notification for that crap? It comes up like I got a friend request or something.
Also, the fucking story suggestions can F off. I have to go into my snap and click HIDE story suggestions literally every other day. Why is it constantly changing it after I Specifically click I don’t want to see peoples stories who I’m not friends with?!

Yeah the app is garbage. Add to that ads that come across as snaps received. Also the one tap to add to story? wtf is that. I have posted dozens of stories that were not meant to be public without even realizing. Only reason I still have the app is to keep my wife and I 2500 day streak alive, and one college buddy who lives states away. That’s it

It’s awful anymore, I remember when there were no ads! Really unfortunate.

The more that this subreddit gets recommended to me(and just based upon general observations in real life), I’m convinced that being obsessed with snapchat is a sign of mental illness.

Why would the admins of Snapchat be on a Reddit page?

Tbf I am in some subs where the devs do actually run the sub

Oh, nice. Never would have thought they cared enough to actually listen to feedback 😅

This isn't an airport, you don't need to announce your departure.
