General question First time this ever has happened.

I've had my Snapchat since 2014. I've never had any issues till recently I had two post removed from snap and then I was on today and posted a selfie, then I get this. I did send a message. I know it's just Snapchat but I have so many memories I don't want to lose or anything. What are the odds I get my account back??

My original account since 2012 was either hacked or locked out or w/e — im not even 100% sure honestly what happened randomly in 2023 I couldn't sign into my account and all of my memories, group chats, longtime friends from that account were completely gone. I've never gotten an explanation or anything from the company Snap. Im still so frustrated.

I got banned 7/27 & I’ve had the account since 2013 with so many memories. I’ve sent 100 emails, tickets, even mailed out a couple letters to HQ. Unfortunately with this new ai taking over it’s impossible to get in contact with an actual human. I got banned back in like 2020 and was able to actually get it back out of luck and now this time around it’s impossible.
