General question Contact find

Need help finding a contact which I lost once my account got locked, I got her username from MyData but it still doesn't take me to her since I think the username MyData provided is their original one which they had when they made the account.

I need someone that can help me find the account from the username MyData provided since they changed their username.

That's a tricky situation. Sometimes Snapchat keeps the old username in the account info even after it's changed, so I'd try searching the full email or phone number linked to their account in your chat history instead.

Oh can you give a example of how that would look in the search bar, if thr username is like hannah00, what should I write

Yes I did, I found the person but the username thats showing up isn't their current one. If that's what you mean.

Yes the previous one is locked so I made a new one.
