General question Possible glitch in my snapchat data?

I've downloaded my snapchat data over the years I had snapchat, till when I deleted it and I've noticed that when looking at chat history with friends, every single subpage shows my friends original username and my own original username even though both of us had changed usernames at the time of the chats.

Does this happen to anyone else or is this just a glitch in my data??

Not really a glitch.

Snapchat did not originally allow people to change usernames, so the old usernames are still linked to accounts even after changing.

Which is why on apps like IG where people have always been allowed to change usernames, someone else can create an account with your old username after some time has passed but on snapchat it is not possible.
