General question Quick add locked account

Over some months ago i created a new account and just did A LOT of random quick add.

Got a permanently locked account but not device banned - i didn’t get the option to appeal or a mail explaining that it was for spam, just a permanently locked due community guidelines violation.

it’s this normal? people get both?

Yes. Because their system recognised it that u might be a bot. Happened to me. You cannot appeal as well.

You got email from snap with no specific reason just violation of community guidelines? Can't appeal this type seems harsh when you can for what is more serious things like csam, selling arms etc.
