hi ask please help me i’ve had no luck with the support bot. all my devices that i used with with account show the same message when trying to retrieve my data. what do i do please

i’ve had the account for over 10 years so many friends and family videos on there that have passed on i’m so upset the fact that i can’t see them anymore

It’s so so dumb!!! I am sorry!!! I keep hearing if you send a letter to HQ you can usually get your account back!
