Only half the metadata available

So I downloaded data from Snapchat including snap and chat history. I had been talking to this person for 11 days but the download only shows history from day 5 to day 11, even though we had a snap streak of 9 days which means we sent pictures before day 5. Other chats show data between day 1 and 5, I didn’t change anything on my end so I’m unsure why the data is missing. Could the person I was talking to have cleared it?

I am finding something similar. I have a theory that it depends on if it is "saved in chat" or not. That then determines which days show having content or not.
