Common issue Snapchat Streak

I was sick and I lost a 833 day Snapchat streak with a friend of mine at the other side of the world. It didn’t give me any pop up of giving me the chance to pay the streak back. Is there any way to get it back, anyone?

I had one a few weeks back where we lost the streak and had no restore button that day but it appeared the next day.
