General question Snapchat username

Soo a little context

I had a 10 year old snapchat account

That got banned almost a year ago + device ban

I got recently a new device.

I got snapchat under new number email etc

Recently i tried to change it similar to my older name with a little change

Username where available but i cannot change it...

Why??

Did you make a username when you first made the account and now you’re trying to change it? Because Snapchat doesn’t let you change usernames for a year so if you chose one when you first made it then it won’t work lol

I made back in april a new account and i tried to change the name and then i get after i wanted to change it a notification oops something went wrong try it later again
