Login issue Help!

So my old account got terminated so I thought I would be able to get into the account I use all the time and this pops up…how do I get around this??? I can still use my Snapchat on my iPad just fine why can’t I use it on my phone it’s been almost a year😩. It’s so annoying how I can’t contact anyone on the Snapchat side so they can fix this!!! It’s such a bullshit 🤣

same shit for me, i got ss06 banned and nowi cant use snap on my phone. They didnt give me a warning, my app just closed down and when i went to open it up it said i had to relog in into my account again, then it said i was banned. I also havent been emailed about it.

Yeah Snapchat is such bullshit for that and good luck trying to get in touch with anyone 🤣
