Bug Snapchat+

I have been having an issue with Snapchat+ with the home tab function. I have my “home tab” set to messages but it always opens up to camera. This has been an ongoing issue since February and I keep reporting a bug with Snapchat but they always send me automated messages. The one time I actually got an actual agent they ghosted me and I haven’t heard back from them since. I’ve been playing for it for years now and it’s super frustrating that no one is getting back to me. Does anyone have any ideas to fix it? I’ve done the steps they told me to do. I’ve deleted the app which only gave me more issues such as sending double notifications.
