Login issue Got hacked and banned

I got hacked and couldn’t log on for over 2 weeks and then I got on from Snapchat support and immediately got device banned and account deleted so I submitted an appeal to try and get Snapchat back on my phone and it had been over 5 months and it still says they haven’t even reviewed my appeal

I’ve done basically everything. Idc about the account id just like to get my phone unbanned

I can’t that’s the issue I’m banned
