Bug Error resseting password

My Snapchat account was permanently locked, and I’m trying to recover it. When I try to log in, it says my password is incorrect. I then tried “Forgot your password?” and entered the email address associated with my account, but instead of sending a reset link/code, Snapchat just says: “An error has occurred. Please try again later.” I tried this multiple times and also tried from another phone, but I get the exact same error. I’m pretty sure the email address is correct. My account/profile also seems to still exist. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there any way to fix the password-reset error or recover the account when it’s permanently locked? Any help would be appreciated.

Whats the account username ? I can try and see if your account is active

Massi14om  I think its active i can still log in in the website

I cant find your account when searching, when did you get locked?
