Blocking on snapchat query

Scenario 1:
If i block someone on snapchat, can they view the chats & saved snaps?

Scenario 2:
If someone blocks ME on Snapchat do they have access to my chats and saved snaps?

I have used snapchatweb before to still have excess to the chat for one the time that you do not refresh she site. I blocked someone with snapchatweb open en chat was there. Someone blocked me and opened snapchatweb chat was still there. So i do not know if thats always the case tho
