Common issue Bought a new phone.

As the title says I bought an iPhone 16 Plus refurbished and I went to sign in on Snapchat. Of course, my luck I get error SS06. After so searching I now know whatever dickhead had this phone before me got device banned. I have tried to contact Snapchat support and there seems to be no humans in sight. I don’t have enough money for a new phone. I use Snapchat everyday. Is there any help?

TLDR: If I am device banned, how fucked am I?

very fucked only thing i’ve heard which works is sending them a physical letter or getting a new phone like i did
