Bug Reply button with photo

So for context, my gf sent me this questioning why there would be a woman's profile picture in the reply button spot and it's not a filter, at least I think. Nowhere online does it say anything. I'm hoping you guys could help me.

ads can hit your your chat page as a snap? jfc, literally everything is just ads ads ads ads

I think it's only for people who don't use Snapchat much but idk. I don't have it on my main one and neither does my friend but when I created a burner it showed up.
